Welcome

I would like to personally welcome every student and parent/guardian to Joyce Clark (fka Sierra Vista) Middle School and hope that all of you are as excited about the school year as I am. There is no doubt in my mind that by all (students, staff, and parents/guardians) of us working together it can be a successful, enjoyable, and productive year.

Each student is encouraged to become involved in the many programs and activities offered at Sierra Vista Middle School . Being a part of one of our many athletic teams, one of our bands, our choir, or any extracurricular program or activity will enrich your middle school experience and open the door to meeting new friends.

Every parent/guardian is invited and encouraged to become active in your son/daughter's education here at Sierra Vista Middle School . The PTSO, Parents on Patrol (P.O.P.), Athletic Booster club, and volunteering at the school are all ways to accomplish this. You are welcome to visit our campus and/or your daughter/son's classroom(s) during the day. We do ask that you sign in at the office when you visit our campus and give the teacher(s) a day's notice if you plan to visit the classroom.
