I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you back to Apache for the 2008-2009 school year. For those that are new to our school community I would like to extend a special welcome. I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable summer.

The staff and I look forward to working with you to achieve our shared goal of helping your student achieve his or her potential in a setting that is motivating and challenging. The staff has worked hard over the summer to prepare for the year and they are committed to providing opportunities for students to develop their academic skills, acquire knowledge and understanding, and explore special talents and interests. We are proud of being able to offer our students an excellent, diverse and challenging program that is student centered and based upon best practice.

 We believe that the success of a solid educational program lies in having a partnership with parents and students. We encourage you to get involved! Please contact our PTSO or the Apache Athletic Boosters if you are interested in helping our students in that venue.

Please help Apache Middle School Earn Money by Recycling!

Recycling soft plastics and aluminum cans is a great way for our school to earn money and help the environment. Collection containers are located on the drive in front of the school next to the curb. Please drop off soft plastics and aluminum cans in the proper containers.

Plastic can be any grocery bags, bread bags, Ziploc bags, mattress bags, toilet paper plastic, shrink wrap, paper towel wrapping, etc. Please make sure there are no food, paper or wet items in the bags.

Bags must be clean. No black plastic and no plastic bottles, please.

Another way to help is collecting plastics and cans at your place of business. If the volume is heavy, a PTSO volunteers can arrange a scheduled pick up. Please contact the school if you would like to talk to someone about this arrangement.
